The problem
Managing bookings by phone, WhatsApp or DMs is chaotic: double-booked slots, forgotten appointments, untracked payments. Clients want to book autonomously even outside business hours and receive immediate confirmations without waiting for a manual reply.
The solution
A React web app with Node.js backend on Supabase that exposes a public calendar with real-time available slots. The client selects the service, date and time, pays immediately via Stripe (or books for free), and receives automatic confirmation via email and SMS. The owner sees the dashboard with all bookings, can block slots, manage cancellations and set weekly availability. Bookings sync with Google Calendar.
