Preparing a quote manually — opening Word or a template, entering client data, calculating totals, saving the PDF, attaching it to an email — takes 15–30 minutes per request. For an agency or professional with dozens of monthly requests, the lost time is enormous.

An internal Next.js web tool where the operator enters client details, selects services from a configurable catalogue (with prices and descriptions), and the system automatically calculates subtotal, VAT and total. One click generates a branded PDF with PDFKit and sends it to the client via email with a digital signature link. All quotes are saved to a database with change history and status (draft / sent / signed / rejected).
